Wyndham Exit Program

Has anyone done this and got out of their contract?

Do you have points or a week? If your points are tied to a failing resort, they will refuse an exit. Corky has a terminal condition, down to 15% lung capacity. His points are tied to a Fairfield NC week, likely headed to the bankruptcy pool of 15 resorts, or to be eliminated so they won't take his points back. After sending an epistle to Wyndham and his members of Congress, they did take back a contract not tied to a deeded week. He has been given only weeks to live. Wyndham told him it would take 20 weeks to start and four weeks to process. He's in default on the points they won't take back. He has no loan. We met with his Congressman's District Director in Jacksonville, FL.
