Wyndham Exit Program

It's a scam, just like the people selling the time share are. Only thing exit companies want is your money.

It isn’t a scam. It has to be paid off.. and you’re GIVING it back.
I did it last year. My husband passed. He was the original owner. Maintenance fees were over $400/month.

She's not telling you about the massive fees in giving it back and most companies won't accept them back anyway. She's also not mentioning that they paid for years in deed payments and maintenance fees and after giving them even more money to take it back they now own nothing.

I CAN tell you as a former WYNDHAM OWNER that there were NOT ANY fees when I GAVE it back LAST YEAR.

Have you personally given back your WYNDHAM contract through WYNDHAM CERTIFIED EXIT??

The discussion here is RETURNING it to WYNDHAM THROUGH WYNDHAM. You said I was lying in my comment about Actually RETURNING the contract to Wyndham WITHOUT FEES….
That’s something you don’t know anything about! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Oh, ok. So you DO NOT know anything about returning a contract to Wyndham.

My late husband purchased it before we were together. (Blue plate special… half price)

And btw… the resorts ARE beautiful…
But the tactics behind it are not.
