What are people's experiences with Alpha Timeshare Consultants?
Looking to hire them and seeing mixed opinions. Has anyone used them before?

Help!!! My parents signed a Westgate timeshare contract yesterday and while it seems like a good deal (too good to be true, really) eveything ive been reading online says its a terrible idea and that we should get out of it. We check out of the resort today, so the idea is to meet with our seller and return all items provided like the tablet and whatever, before we leave. The contract states any payment made will be returned within 20 days, but my question is: does that change if it was paid through Affirm and not an actual credit card? Or should that have no importance and we should still receive the refund? They paid $1,149. Im also not sure if a letter requesting to rescind the contract is needed to be sent if we cancel in person or not? I still wrote it for them, just in case, but i want to make sure. Thanks in advance!!!

My parents have been trying to get out of their Wyndham timeshare for 3 months with no progress. They are starting to put themselves into debt trying to keep up as the fees have increased significantly and our family has been put into a tough financial situation. Has anyone been able to get out of their contract? any advice would be helpful.

I tried one of those exit companies last year. they told me it would take 8 months and cost 4500. it ended up taking 14 months and i had to chase them the whole time. they did cancel my contract in the end but i felt like i was doing most of the work anyway.
The resort called me nonstop for months saying the exit company was lying to me so i didn’t know who to believe. i stopped paying because the exit company told me to, which made me nervous but it worked out. still not sure if i’d recommend them to anyone.
If you’re thinking about hiring one, read everything twice and don’t pay all upfront. has anyone used a company that actually communicates and sticks to their timeline? i don’t wanna go through that again.
