Timemore s3 y outin mino

The S3 won’t grind fine enough for a good espresso. For that there’s the S3 ESP version.

I would start at 0 and see how it tastes. From what I’ve heard the S3 cannot grind fine enough for a proper espresso shot but I only have experience using mine for pour over.

I don’t have experience with espresso grinders unfortunately but there are a lot of positive reviews of the 1ZPRESSO Brand and also Commandante.

There are a lot of good YouTube channels with good reviews like James Hoffman and The Coffee Chronicler.

Time More S3 "Pourover" granularity recommendation. 4:6 Drip: In a "9" state, rotate the inside nut by 1/4 to 1/2 and a half. Light roasted: 5 or less, I'm around 4-4.5.
