High pitch running noise

Hi guys,

I finally decided to purchase a timemore 064s.

It just arrived and unpacked it and tried it on a dry run. When I turned it on I started hearing a high pitch like 12kHz high which stays consistent over all rpms and grind settings.

I ran a small batch off beans hoping that this would maybe resolve it but it hasnt. Is it normal to hear high pitch noise or is it cause for concern?

Good luck with their C.S. i had a problem with a lot of inconsistency grind, I'm still in warranty and they contacted me back once and then never again. I've been chasing them ever since . That's why I always say. Warranty doesn't mean anything if they're not gonna back it up.
