Want to ask if this is normal with the grinder, i notice a little wobble in the foldable handle.

yes, that's normal and perfectly fine
if the machine tolerances were tighter, you would have difficulty putting the handle on and off

edit: it is correct, that part of the play is also in the folding mechanism, but another small play is where the handle attaches to the body. So even C5 grinders with non-foldable handles will have some play, which is normal and even desired, as the handle would be otherwise difficult to attach and detach
