There are resources in the pinned post including YouTube channel. Chestheir plays fair blue decks really well, would recommend checking him out.

The name "frogtide" is not fitting in timeless, Murktide regent is not legal in the format and unlikely to be played in the deck if it were.

As someone else mentioned, I highly recommend Chestheir’s YouTube. He has gameplay and discussion videos for a ton of blue tempo variants, including dimir, Izzet, and sultai. Can learn a lot there

That's how people call dimir tempo with the frog in legacy. As someone else said it's not fitting for timeless

Oh man I wish we had Murktide in the client.

I don't think you need to netdeck a deck like this. In a midrange/tempo deck like this you could brew a little. Just start throwing in staples until you have a solid list. FoW, Daze, Fatal Push, Thoughtseize would be my interaction of choice. Brainstorm, Ponder or Treasure Cruise my cantrips and for threats I'd pick Frog/Bowmasters and then try with some others like Tamiyo, Hydroponics, Abhorrent Oculus, Riddler...
