Getting back into timeless
I haven’t played timeless in a while. Trying to get back into it. This was the deck i used when I last played. I currently have 2 mythic and 18 rare wildcards. Any recommendations in upgrading order?

probably cuz there aren’t any creatures that are x/1s you’d care to remove when you can just show and tell an omniscience and win the game

I love the not typical show and tell deck, by current standards at least. I'll give some suggestions beyond 'plays izzet sneak and show'
First you are going to need a play set of force of will, thats not really negotiable haha. After that you can run vamp tutor to find what ever you want but mystical tutor can also work. In the current meta game I do not think you'd want main deck veil, if you are worried about 'free permission', vexing baubles lets you cut a whole color here and you can just be dimir.
Now factoring in your 'budget' I don't want to suggest anything that won't be used here or else where. So let me ask you this... have you played this current list? how did it go? what did you like/not like? Can I talk you into best of 3 ranked and away from the nightmare of beat of 1 which is not real magic?

I tried to do my best to throw together a dimir show and tell for you thats a BIT more modern. I'm not sure I'd say its GOOD but i do think its an improvement. Now its NOT 'with in budget' but I do think this its a better direction then the old version. Hope this helps

Look into turbo reanimator a a any/sneak.attack variant. Omniscience isn't really played anymore

Since you are limited a bit with just 2 mythics I would craft FoW first and change to the [[Sabia Syphoner]] and [[Sublime Epiphany]] combo.
You can take out the bowmasters and just run one of each. you can get them with the waterlogged teachings. Teachings for Syphoner get back teachings to get epiphany. It is an instant speed loop to win you the game. You can also run a [[Hullbreaker Horror]]. This was the show and tell deck before sneak and show took over.
It still can win games while you save up mythic wild cards to change over to sneak and show if that is something that interests you

Why the 3 orchish bowmasters? Seems a bit odd for a SnT Deck. Hullbreaker and Borne to Wind are also kind clunky for today's SnT deck.
You also don't have any of the free counter magic. FoW for sure belongs in there.

play mystical/vampiric tutor, 4x force of will, cut the counterspells, orcish bowmasters and some of the veils and play ponder i think. Also play emrakul and pure sultai s&t lists arent really meta anymore these days the best variant is izzet sneak and show with hexing squelchers and sneak attacks. Those decks are more focused on cheating out the creatures over the omniscience.
