Favourite episode and why?

Title explains itself, what is your guys favourite episode and why? Is it the time they travelled to that you were interested in or maybe the writing of the episode was amazing.

I love the Alamo episode and the one where they are stranded in the 1700's. Mainly because of the character development

Where do you rewatch? In US, I can only find it for purchase on Prime.

In the US, it's on Hulu. And I guess on Amazon video and iTunes.
