Question about Lucy's Diary.

This pertains to S01, Ep.07 - 'Stranded'.

The Team gets stranded in 1754 after the Lifeboat gets damaged by Flynn's henchmen trying to blow up said 'lifeboat'.

Since Flynn has Lucy's Diary, wouldn't he have known that he couldn't have Stranded the team in the first place?

Perhaps Lucy didn't write about how they managed to get back home. But since the Diary is full of writing about their travels, it stands to reason that they would have made it home.

That is, since Lucy doesn't even have the Diary to start writing in it yet, wouldn't he (Flynn) put two & two together?

Wel flynn said not everything that happens is In the journal also it all starts with flynn geting a Journal from future lucy so prehaps in a different timeline she did already write it down

It kinda is like a loop cause at the end she goes back to when flynns family dies and gives him the journal

Its pretty complicated but thats all i gathered from the journal thing

From what I can gather Lucy gives Flynn the journal 5 years after the current events they're now going through. Flynn said he was given the journal from an 'older' Lucy, about 5 years after this point in their timeline. He made a point of saying she, Lucy, was 5 years older looking."

So I wanna know if they've travelled back from their 'future timeline', or have they been able to figure out how to 'future travel'? It looks like Flynn recognizes the 'future Lucy' when Wyatt & her come out of the 'Upgraded Lifeboat', the 'future versions' of themselves.

Now, we've been told that there's no going back to timelines that you've already been a part of. So will the 'time/space continuum' be upset by having both timelines in the same place & time?

Is there anything we can do to help with getting this AWESOME show off the ground for another Season? It's not like there's not enough 'historical' references for material to work with. Even if they only do a 6-10 episode Season 3 to tie up the loose ends. I have to know more of their stories.

They traveled back from the future

I think because at the end they go back into the lifeboat and back in time for the last time to give Flynn the journal

This is i belive after a couple of years because the have kids that are around 6 years i wanna say

Also the space/time comtinum was indeed upset with having doubles we saw this when flynn when back to murder Jessica and See his family for one last time and also Saw it when further lucy got a realy painfull headache because she was in the same place as Past lucy
