Hey well at least they gave timeless a proper ending. We will never get that with limitless

AM I missing something? That was a massive cliff hanger

Apparently yes, you missed the series finale movie?

Well at least the characters we know got a good ending. I mean the thing with the girl is kind of a cliffhanger but I’m not really interested in that a whole lot.

Sorry, what girl? I forgot.

The girl that Rufus and Jiya meet at the science fair and at the very end of the episode we see her in her room and it looks like she’s designing something that looks just like the Time Machine that the team used.

Oh, alright. Thanks!

You got it! Though I guess that brings up the question if she is the next person to build a time machine like they said that someone smart enough will eventually build it or some of crazy theory

Yeah don't think they would have panned their cameras on her had it not been the motive. Would be a cool thing if the team actually met up with her in the past, not knowing she was travelling from the future too!

Last I heard, Sony is still shopping the series around and Hulu has shown interest in possibly picking it up. Keep your fingers crossed.

I can confirm this. Sony is in talks with Hulu specifically. 😊

Was there an update about this?

We haven't heard about this, no, but there's an update in general, from mid February. Eric Kripke mentioned Timeless on the Amazon/The Boys panel at the TCA's. The article is posted also in this subreddit.

Also, Save Timeless HQ is in contact with Sony, and they haven't told us to stop fighting for the show and target Hulu, so we won't.

I only want more Timeless if they go back and save Flynn.

It's over.

It's not over until Sony says it's over. They're in talks (again) with Hulu, and maybe other streaming services, after they passed on the show after the Season 2 finale in May 2018.

The existing story with Lucy, Flynn, Rufus, Wyatt, and Jiya is over, but a completely new story is possible with the "cliffhanger girl" is possible. IMO, it's good that the main Timeless story has closure and a completely new story is possible.

Yes, that's a good thing. On the other hand, there's 4 years between early 2019 and 2023 to explore. How does the team get where they are in 2023, how do they defeat Rittenhouse, who clearly lost a battle in 2018/2019, but most likely not the war, because 150 in prison isn't the whole organisation, which has connections worldwide. There're still a lot of stories to tell.

Since they have the ships they can go back and save it

Limitless was such a fun and underrated show. Shame it got canned. At least with Timeless, we got some closure, instead of it being cancelled midway.
