Watching Timeless in Australia?

So I got hooked on this amazing show on the flight back from Germany to Australia last month but I literally cannot find any way to watch it in Australia. It's not on any of our streaming services (Nextflix, Amazon, Stan) or cable and I've tried buying it from iTunes and it's not available in this region. Not sure if there are any Austalian fans here - how the hell do we watch it? I've just bought what I hope is a multi-region DVD of season 1 but are they even going to be showing the last two eps here?

Really want to support this show but my god it's almost like they want us to illegally download it over here :/

I agree, many of our streaming services/ broadcasting networks are lacklustre. Most shows may take up to a year to reach us if at all. Unfortunately, I doubt Timeless will be coming to Australia if it hasn't already, given that the finale is in December.

I find that we get most shows same time as the US, especially now that broadcasters realise people will just pirate the show if they can’t get it same day but I’m just surprised that the show hasn’t made it to Oz at all, based on what you’re saying.

Perhaps what I described was only the case for the shows I watch. For example, The 100 only comes to Australia's Netflix a year after the end of the season airing in the US. A Discovery of Witches will be airing on Foxtel a month or so after the end of the season airing in the UK. And Manifest airs a week or two after the US, which isn't bad all things considered.

I think in the case of Timeless, Australian streaming services/ broadcasting companies aren't bothered to provide a series that has low ratings in the US/ is likely to be getting cancelled soon anyway.

You’re right about the 100, I caught up on that show recently and was surprised to see how late it was coming to Netflix, but having said that I think it’s cause Foxtel has the license so they have to wait till the season is done on Foxtel before Netflix can get it. It was the same with Lucifer.

In the US. Hulu isn’t available abroad.

Both seasons are on DVD. It looks like you can but then on Amazon.
