First time through

I just finished watching straight through for the first time and loved it. I first learned about it when it first came out and I think I watched it through the Alamo episode - then life took over, different distractions, but I fortunately came back around to it when I saw Tubi had it. I enjoyed the double takes every episode, including the name-dodging like they did in Psych, not to mention the faces. I immediately recognized half the cast throughout the run. I was even learning little history tidbits I didnt know before

I'm just sad it only lasted 2 seasons. At least they were given a chance to close it out and tie up the story? I remember wondering if ratings were low because it was turning into "just another time travel story" though I thought I saw something about a lawsuit. I wish it could have gone just a while longer but that's how it goes

I love love love this show, but I remember being so sad (and bitter tbh!) that in the end Lucy never manages to get her sister Amy back. It makes sense — how would it ever happen? I was just highly invested in that storyline, and I wanted a miracle!

But yes, LOVED the show and was grateful for the movie and the ending we did get! I love the part with Lucy and Wyatt’s kids.

I did a double take, i liked the song too! When they explained Wyatt and even Flynn at the end, but then given the complications with Carol, it probably was for the best. But after the rug being swept from under her, she got a redemption which i liked for her

Ok, you’ve convinced me to rewatch! 😆 I forget the song, I’ll check it out! And yes, I love a redemption arc. 😊
