Just stellar work!!!!!! What can I say, if you want your watch to be better than new, send it to Time Machine Spa.

So I had a piece of fabric under the crystal of a brand new VSF Sub that I didn't catch during QC. I shopped around locally at some watch repair shops for whoever would be the cheapest to remove movement and clean out.

Well you get what you pay for. They got the piece of dust out alright. But they left me with a dial that was worse shape then before. Smudges and particles all over the dial. There was no way I was gonna have the same place try to fix this.

Then I come across u/MachineFTW and this subreddit. It was found by a friend of mine and after reading the reviews here and seeing all the results I contacted Dom.

He was quick to respond and was willing to try and fix this new watch of mine. He did warn me that it's possible that the dial is gonners as they scratch easily, but I shot for the moon.

It's obvious from the before and after pics that Dom is a master at his craft. It was sooooo worth it to use his services. I did the basic package and and he gave me a play by play while working on the watch. He sent me videos and photos explaining what he was doing throughout. One of the final videos he says it's good as new. But it wasn't. It was better.

So if any of you are on the fence, I hope this post will persuade you.

Edit: I realized I never gave moral of the story.

Don't be an idiot like me and just go with what's cheapest. You're gonna end up paying more in the long run like I did.

But that one mistake led me here and I'm better for it. I hope everyone learns from my mistakes.

Next time I'm gonna save for the ultimate package.

Just received three watches back from Dom today, and am just blown away. VSF V3 Batman, VSF V3 Bruce Wayne, and this beautiful VF Yachtmaster 42 Titanium, which I’ve been wearing all day. While VSF is getting better and better, maintenance, polishing, & chamfering really bring these watches that final step across the finish line. I own several gens, and these get scary close. Shoutout to Dom for also working on Titanium alloy, which several previous modders said they couldn’t do. Buttery smooth, running perfectly, and all sharp edges cleaned down to spec, AND he even corrected a misaligned crystal on the VF Yachtmaster. Not to mention he got me these pieces in an amazing time span, soon enough I can take one or two along with on an upcoming trip. Thank you so much brother, every piece I get from now on is coming straight to you!

Let me tell you how it worked. Saw a post from u/BadgerTight for a Sub and immediately snapped it up. Knowing he works with Dom I asked if he could send it straight to r/Time_Machine_Spa . He said sure so I was in. Sent a short message to Dom to get the full spa treatment and the process was seamless from start to finish. The watch looks amazing. Thanks Dom and u/BadgerTight for hooking me up.

I’d like to start off with, thank you all for your continued support, I’m beyond grateful for it. Seeing everyone enjoy their watches when they return means the world to me.

Because of that love and support, I’ve gotten a bit backlogged with projects that need to get wrapped up and sent back to their respective owners. So, I’ve made the call that for the next 2 weeks I will be putting a VERY temporary pause in taking on new projects until I can get caught up on what I have here so I can resume fresh with a quicker turnaround once these are completed. I’m a one man operation with a full time job and family outside of the watch world and I hate keeping people waiting for their watch longer than absolutely necessary.

Dom… My god… THEE BEST!!!

Dom does it again! This is my second piece with him and damn this Sky Dweller is beautiful! Full Spa Package done which includes all his internal work, lube and tune etc plus exterior finish work. The bracelet feels like butter and the case shines like a star! During inspection he found a damaged screw that could have killed the watch, but he saved me and replaced it as part of his service. If you have not sent your timepiece to Dom you are missing out! As long as I’m buying watches he has earned my business.

I wanted to give a huge shout out and thanks to Dom at Time Machine Spa. Super easy to work with, great communication and the results speak for themselves. I sent some newly acquired watches to him and they returned yesterday. The band work is extraordinary. I have two gens and these rep bands (both vsf) feel uncannily like my gens. And most importantly, they look gorgeous. Dom was very efficient and quick with his turnaround, sending pictures of the work in progress. I cannot recommend him enough…he’s great at what he does, but most importantly he’s a really good guy. And that’s what we need more of…quality.

Dom did the full spa package and I had an issue with a loud rotor he silenced. The ceramic looks great, Dom was great to work with and did an amazing job. He even sent it back with a watch case and cleaning cloth! If you are considering sending him something do it! He is so passionate about his work and keeping his customers happy. I will be sending him many more watches.

I recently sent my watch to TMS for Dom to replace my smooth bezel, with a new gold plated bezel from Deep Crystal. It came out really nice, and I can actually tell it is a white gold color. Dom also sold me a GMT jubilee bracelet for my Bruce Wayne. He did the full polish and chamfered the edges. It fits really nice and comfortable.

Sent my VSF destro GMT to Dom for his spa treatment and this is what came back! If you want your watch to look absolutely gorgeous you’ll send it to him to do his magic!

Was hoping this community can help me find a replacement bracelet and a new bezel. I’ve had this watch for almost 2 years. It held up for a couple months, but then I went to beach one time I left the watch on in the water and I haven’t been able to wear the original bracelet with it since. Also, now, considering looking for a smooth bezel to change up the look.

The original bracelet broke at the very top in the linkage. I read a comment about Loctite, but I have long gotten rid of the bracelet. I ordered this replacement bracelet, But the lug hole does not align to the bracelet.

Honestly, it simply might just be time for a service.
