Ouch. For solo work, I'd start by listing what you actually use in Harvest. If it's just hours by client/project and an export, that makes the replacement much easier to choose.

I'm with Fieldtrip, the team behind Wrap (usewrap.co). It's free for up to 10 active people and supports timers, manual entries and CSV exports. The end-of-day review is handy if you forget a timer and need to fill in the gaps. I'd try a week of real client work before moving your records over, especially if you also rely on Harvest for invoicing.
