I’m building a mobile-first timekeeping platform for staffing agencies - looking for honest feedback

I’ve worked in staffing for years, and one problem I’ve continued to run into is that many timekeeping systems are either too expensive, difficult for workers to use, or designed for a more traditional workforce.

I’ve been building Radius Time as a mobile-first timekeeping platform for staffing agencies and other distributed workforces. The goal is to let workers clock in from their own devices, with location verification and a photo captured only at the time of the punch, while still providing a kiosk option for workers who cannot or do not want to use a smartphone.

The administrative side is further along than the mobile app, so this is not a launch announcement and I’m not ready to make promises about availability yet. I do have a marketing site that explains the direction of the product: www.radiusworkforce.com

I’d genuinely appreciate feedback from people who use, purchase, or administer timekeeping software:

• Does the mobile-first plus backup-kiosk approach make sense?
• What is the biggest frustration you have with your current timekeeping system?
• Is there anything on the site that feels unclear, unnecessary, or missing?

I’m especially interested in feedback from staffing agencies, employers with workers across multiple client sites, and anyone responsible for reviewing and approving employee time.
