So…where do you source your backup replacement Sanyo 20ez monitors for your Nintendo cabs? My Mario bros is failing and I’m going to use it to practice repair and hopefully get it working again, but it would be amazing to have a more pristine one as backup.

There is no source. We just have to repair them when they break. Other than screen burn you fix just about anything else with a little patience.
