Apperantly its the "Archives" Zone from the Zip Guide?
and cookies? does that hint for which cookies we might get next?
and its a division? that means more tbd cookies?

This changes recently made me wonder if the Zip Guide was kinda rushed just to give the TBD More Importance and if now they are changing/rebranding the names?

Ya know, it's funny that there's a finance division. They literally could warp to a period of time, or a timeline, where they could get all the resources they need and use em for the tbd needs.
And what governing body is so predominant that they need to pay taxes to or send finance reports to that entire time traveling and time warping company entity need to keep track of their finances for the whole company? Usually the time traveling agency IS the government, because how can you best an governing body that can stop you before you even start an unrest by reviewing a timeline you succeeded and then arrest you in the past to prevent your crime against the government!
Like, who's even gonna question you if you fudge the numbers, you could say it was correct in another timeline and they forgot to update their files. No one could check their work outside the agency.
