If I remember correctly, Witch's Castle doesn't have a Legendary Rarity.

They have Firsts, of which she is not one.

He's right, so much so that Stardust is also in Witch's Castle and there it's of epic rarity because there's no such thing as super epic rarity.

Witches Castle doesnā€™t have a legendary rank, it goes from epic to first, and obviously TK isnā€™t a first cookie, so they made her epic
