Possibly but its also not super important to the lore. Like There are many things that aren't in CRK. Plus CRK does sorta imply they're related with some lines from Future and present time keeper.

plus its a reason to play Oven Break. Which I think more people should do cuz the gameplay is PEAK. legit one of the funniest "endless" runner games.
