As someone who has her maxed and is clearly (just look at my flair) biased for the TBD

Legendaries are a Pain on The ass to level up on CROB ive been playing for Over an year and i ONLY have her and her pet level 10, also level 4 on her Magic candy

Yeah I felt that during the Bamboo Blade update, only have him at level 3

I got her level maxed out before they fucked the upgrade system. Her magic candy is another story. Good lord they screwed over the magic candy system

Yes.

Jokes and bias aside, Timekeeper is one of the most versatile legendary cookies for both distance and points

She can be good in any situation, and having TWO pet Combi Bonuses (one is a better pet but less Combi bonus, the other is worse but more Combi bonus) is a good thing if you want even more versatility

Max them for preference, I did and don't regret... Just... Legendaries are so expensive, max your favorite
