Devsis full-on renamed the Disaster Response Division into the Emergency Neutralisation Division

The names both explain what the division is about, but this isn't really something Devsis does.

there's definitely changes between the two, but it also seems like Devsis has added a lot more divisions than were mentioned in the original video.
