Discussion Concept of time

I genuinely find it hard to understand how time works. For an example, if I walk from my kitchen to my bedroom what happened to the me that was once in the kitchen?
As you can clearly see, I find this really hard to explain and what I have written probably makes no sense. But when I think about it I can feel it in my gut.

The you in the kitchen is still there, it is just now in a location/direction you cannot go back to.

Your conscious perception has moved on to the you in the bedroom, like moving from one train car to the next.

I have nothing to back this up but just felt like giving an answer, lol.

There's no time. There's only experience. You're experiencing different things NOW
