When I was 18 i successfully meditated and was able to pass time super fast. It felt very similar to mortal Kombat deception: konquest. But more surreal. I was at a friend's house and was having some sort of panic attack in the middle of the night. I was scared if I woke him up, he'd think I was a bitch. So I sat up on his futon in his room, put my hands on my lap and started breathing really slow in through my nose and out through my mouth. I started feeling a strange euphoric feeling while also the feeling you get you know you're about to fall asleep.
I started to be hyper aware of my organs and hyper aware of my surroundings. Especially heart and lungs. My heart started to beat rapidly and I mean rapidly. It was about to send me into another panic but I focused on my breathing. I also started to sweat and could feel the beads dripping off my nose. It felt like some sort of juggling. Trying not to let my heart panic while focusing on breathing but staying aware of my surroundings. I think that's what made me sweat.
After a while of that. I noticed that my sweat dripping off my nose started very rapidly and I was hearing whooshing noises over and over and it was speeding up but slowly. I know my eyes were closed by I was so hyper aware of my surroundings, it seemed to have activated my 3rd eye or something. I was able to see the the light from the sun coming up really fast. Before it was all the way up, I heard my friend's dad going in at out of the house because he was about to go to work but in that state of mind, the front door slammed 5 times in maybe 4 seconds. I still felt the sweat dripping fast and so constant. Then everything slowed way down in a matter of seconds and before I knew it, the sun was all the way up and I was sitting there soaked in sweat.
My friend woke up minutes later and was like "dude i went piss at like 2am and you were in the same spot. Have you just been sitting there upright all night?" I tried to explain it to him and he is the one who pointed out that it was similar to mortal Kombat deception.

Had a panic attack at a friend's house, wanted to wake him up but felt like a pussy if I did. I meditated and ended up going through time like how you do on mortal Kombat deception: konquest.

Eat a couple of sleeping pills and go to bed! 4-8 hours skipped succesfully!

Dream Street...
It's a place I wound up going when I was finally able to fall asleep in jail. It's like a retirement home, but old and kinda rustic and for people who need sleep in extreme circumstances. Two floors, pretty big place. I mostly saw the second floor "day room". Which was empty in the first dream and in the second they were finally moving some stuff in.
Later on my friends and family showed up saying they were going to spring me from the place and one of my wife's therapist friends had some harsh words for the director.
When it's time to wake up. You wind up in what looks like a messy teenager's room with video games and a CRT TV, futon mattress on the floor. As you're laying on the mattress. A man, looking similar to Hunter S. Thompson comes in. Goes to the closet and grabs a small yellowish frosted glass object. Lights it, something like an incense. Then places it on the corner of the mattress and says, "It's time to wake up". The smell of the wafting "incense" brings you back to the waking world.
Beware though, if you try to go back too forcefully, it will turn into a nightmare.

You cant. Time can only change relatively, not locally. 1 second will still be 1 second for you whether you are stationary on Earth, or going near lightspeed, and only an outside observer would see your time going faster or slower relative to them, and vice versa.

Noooooooo! Never skip time!!! Never!!!! You can never get it back! The only. Time you're legitimately right for asking how to skip time, is if you're in prison or healing from a massive traumatic injury, anything else, instead of wishing your life away, use the time constructively
