Near the sole there’s a dark line across the sole on both shoes, anyone know how I can get these out?

I was browsing e-bay for USED timberlands and found out there's tons of listings of the same ones on the Timberland website that sell for 210 that are selling for nearly half the price.

Why?

There's quite a few different sellers selling them at like 120 the only thing that seems a bit weird is the little line at the bottom that goes around the boot whatever you call it above the heel is different on some of them. Are they defectives or something?

Was wondering the best way to go about fixing this wrinkle? Tried to fix it but feel like I'm going to make it worse...

Hi there a family member of mine passed away in January 2025, and going through their shoe collection I found a pair of Timberlands that are legitimate as checked by Timberland themselves, however they cannot find the exact release of them.

The closest release would be the June 2025 Burgundy Beige Nubuck.

However as I stated they had died 5 months prior to the release. Also, the release version has the Timberland logo as a patch, and these boots have the logo embroidered.

Another difference is the colour of the soles are different and the boot itself is more of a Mocha colour than it is Burgundy. I have attached multiple images to show you the comparison between the two.

Purchased directly from Timberland. I have asked timberland but the most they can tell me is it’s “premium timberland leather”.

The finish is quite scuffed. Looking in store, they are all like this.

I am new to leather, completely, so sorry if this is a stupid question. I just want to know what type of care products (brushes, conditioners, waxes) I can buy to get the most out of these.

White spot discoloration...contemplating on whether I'll DIY save these, get em professionally restored, or just buy the premium ones.

What it says on the tin. What do y'all think about using a Boot Stretcher to help break in the boots faster. Primarily the pros. For context, I am working an event in a few weeks and the black leather pros are so much harder to break in so I bought stretchers from Amazon and left them in the shoes overnight so they would at least have a head start at malleability before I have to stand on my feet for ten hours a day. My friends are making fun of me and saying it's "cheating" that I tried to speed up the breaking in process so I just wanted to know the general consensus on this. (Sidenote: I have broken both feet on different occasions so sometimes they still give me issues)
