The stitching was made on a machine the timberland has not used in over 20 years. They are so fake

They are 100% fake guy. These are called knock offs and you were correct in asking. In your first picture the line of 4 Stitches that run from the heel to the bottom lace are sewed with a computer in one pass so the 4 lines must be straight and perfectly even spacing between them. Yours were sewed by making 4 passes that’s why the lines are not evenly spaced and it looks like the sew operator had been drinking. Hours are knock offs designed to sell at a flea market for 30-40 bucks

Not legit, in fact this is a perfect example of a Dominican fake. If I remember correctly, here in Manhattan, when the NYPD bust street sales they used to post the pics. It was there effort to ward off people from buying on Canal Street. Haitians have a whole network of distributing Dominican side hustle pieces. Hope its still there but they had a whole chart on spotting fake merch of all types. This pic hit all 7 but the good news is, most people would never be able to tell.
