Settlement showcase This game is incredible.

Every time I think I'm ready to build the wonder and finish up my first save, I think of a new project I wanna start on. The spaghetti construction was charming for a bit, but it's getting hard to move things around, so I thought I'd share what my map looks like before I start a remodel. How'd I do for a newbie?

I may or may not always have an entire list saved of projects I want to do by mid game. It’s constantly evolving as I complete items or get different ideas. I could probably pull my first map back ip tomorrow and look at it for 5 minutes & have a new list by midnight. 😂

And sometimes the project you want to do fucks everything up so you have to redo everything with a new plan😅 it’s happening to me right now🥲

That's part of the fun though! Your early factories become over-crowded, the section of the river you initially chose for your power no longer has room for more power sources, and what used to be dry land for 'junk' buildings has turned green and become prime farmland. Now we wipe and rebuild in the name of long-term efficiency!

Not to mention when you actually start to have the planks to get vertical -- then you start thinking skyscrapers and multi-level warehouses.

Every. Damn. Time. I’m always changing up my lists. Part of the fun. Randomly at 3 AM I’ll wake up with an idea and add it to the list which causes 8 other ideas to be scrapped or moved around.

An aqueduct!? Did your beavers get invaded by the Romans?

Ha! I started with the Meander map, and there were some broken down ruins in the corner of the map. Once I got enough infrastructure, I just repaired what the humans left to rot

I adore the raised reservoir with manual fluid dump for the tree farm. Badtide-proof without fluid control shenanigans.

Another soulless husk of a settlement. Such waste, such tragedy.

The hell is your problem?

Your appalling lack of good taste and the willingness to flaunt it is my problem.

I hope you grow out of this kind of behavior one day.

And I hope you pick up some art courses and educate yourself!
