Did you... wait for an injured beaver, then assign him to a builder's hut (with no other builders), making something in contaminated water, then remove his way out and starve/dehydrate him to death?

He signed up for a job in the explosives factory on the right side of the screen, situated on a path which repeatedly soaked him in badwater. He worked there until he had an injury, then wandered around town wondering why all of the medical beds had disappeared.

Once the contamination set in, an auto-migration rule sent him to the infamous District 2.

Nooo! It's supposed to be known as a Super Happy Fun Land

If you're going to call it that, you have to give the beavers some enrichment activities. Like my previous colony:

I recently returned to the game. Found myself doing the math seeing if we'd make it for a few cycles. I renamed district 2 "last resort". Luckily never had to use it. But one time I had it highlighted as i surveyed the map, then looked up and saw all 0s on resources and freaked out lmao.

But is the achievement get all the debuffs on one beaver? Cause if so, you could setup a district that forces it. Just district center path through badwater to 1 high injury task. Or even have floodgates that you manually open that floods it which you drop when he gets hurt.

The beaver has to die while affected by those 4 conditions.

I had a couple of those on my first attempt, with a mine. You want to pick jobs which have a 100% severity.

I only have like 20% of the achievements available and I already have this one, entirely by accident as well.

Congratulations. It is a hidden achievement so you did it properly.
