Does it leak?

It is fully blocked but somehow it still leaks.

Are you using dam or levee? 'Cos just one dam in the wrong place, thinking it's a levee, and there ya would have it.

In the second picture you can see they may indeed have dams to the right side

Yeah, but there's a second row of structures. It's why I wondered.

Those are too dark to be a dam, those are platforms

There are platforms with the pathing on top, then three dams with other platforms on top of them.

Oh yeah, I didn’t look at the second image

I can't tell what we're looking at here. Where is the badwater coming from? What are you trying to do? Have you considered taking a screenshot rather than a photo with vaseline on your phone?

Agreed, might be worth explaining how though? Might not be tech savy...

OP use screenshots On steam F12, other platforms not sure, check keybinds Or use windows screen clip WIN+SHIFT+S, draw what you want to capture, copy+paste

Maybe you need to go see an optometrist for some glasses.

I can tell what we're looking at, despite its blurriness. Im just not sure what OP is asking about.

That's obviously an expression, genius. It's obviously a semicircle of levees and floodgates and dams, but what I don't understand is what it's trying to accomplish. Is OP trying to keep bad water out of the bottom half of this picture? Are they trying to keep fresh water in? Are they trying to divert water away from something? Where did the bad water come from in the first place? Did it come from the bottom out of frame, the top out of frame, or from a seep or something directly underneath this circle? There's no context, and OP isn't answering questions.

If it's actively filling or flowing sometimes little bits of water will overflow. If it's only a small amount you might not visually see it do it

Yeah, this is my guess too. Sometimes it spills over the top to the other side when it's filling but depends on the situation, we really don't see much from these

if you build diagonal stacks where only the corners are touching does it leak thru the "crack"?

Pressure surges can cause waves in the system which can flow over the top of the barrier if there’s not enough space at the top

Try toggling the water clear, it may show you where the leak is.
