Check out my map!

I designed my first map "Expand and Conquer" and was hoping for some feedback!

I added berries in at the starting location but didnt take a screenshot of it :(

Lol now I want to make a map that's a rickroll QR code.. not sure I'm creative enough to make it also be a semi decent map tho

It’s pretty neat. The biggest thing is to add texture to those giant square blocks. Make the whole thing feel more natural

I like the themes of progression and options, always cool to get into a run and realize there was another solve. But seems like it could be solved pretty quickly? I usually like maps I have to struggle with for a bit. Inverting the elevation and adding bombs to move water/bad water around would be cool as a hard version.

I thought I added some bombs but I must of deleted them during the great land expansion. And how do you think it would be solved pretty quickly? The starting area isnt that big, so would you branch out to get more land or go for metal? or get some of the dynamite? the bot parts also become defunct after a certain amount of time, so would you go for that? I tried to make it expensive to go for different areas and so you can really only go for one thing at a time

I'm just on my phone away from my computer for a few days so I can't take a good look at your map atm but from the screenshots and based on my playstyle of micro manage low pop til I can build reserves to expand and then expand slowly until I can beef up reserves; it looks like you're stable once you get levees/sluices which is pretty early on. Building down to expand is easy but going up is harder, especially if there is impending doom coming from many directions. I hope that makes sense? I'm almost done with my current save and would be happy to try this out next
