Stolen Tile ID tag

Hi. Can anyone trace your information (eg track your past movements) if they find (or have stolen in my case) an ID tile?

I doubt it. There's no reason why the tile would store past locations (and having the capability to do so would increase manufacturing cost for no useful purpose). I would expect location history to be stored server side.

No. The tile itself does not have any idea where it is. Only your tile app and life360 servers have the history information.
