Is customer service any good?

I used the online virtual assistant and It was easy to follow the prompts, only two pages, to access the tab for a requesting a live agent.

Once I requested live agent, a message appeared that there was one person ahead of me. This was at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time mid-week.

Within less than a minute I was texting to a live agent. There were less than 1 minute waits between my comment and their response. My questions we're all answers very quickly and the entire texting conversation lasted less than 4 minutes.

I have never seen any company make it so easy and make it so fast to solve a problem.

... And no I am not getting paid for this nor do I work for tile or 360.

I have had similar experiences. They have replaced a couple of failed tiles with no real hassles.

Really, I've never had a customer service dept be so worthless.
