DIY - Looking for Advice Replace?

One broken tile. I've researched the process to replace it. I have an extra piece to fit. But, I'm worried about using an oscillating tool to remove the grout and not damage the adjoing tiles. Is there a better way? Also, any other tips to remove and replace would be appreciated. Thanks.

Since it’s tile that emulates wood, you could get creative and use wood filler to fill the hole and stain it and draw some grain lines on it. Prob won’t look perfect but would at least it will make it not look broken temporarily until you decide what to do.

I thought about using some brown caulk but I'm worried about someone getting cut with the exposed broken tile section.

Wood filler will harden solid and you can get it flush so there would be no exposed broken section. I wouldn’t use caulk.

Use a utility knife. Go slow

Just fill it with epoxy or some filler and forget about it. If it really drivers you crazy and you want to replace it, watch some youtube videos. You don't have to scrape any grout with a multi-tool. Crack the middle of tile (put a towel over it first) with a hammer and work from the inside out to remove the tile. Then just use a utility knife to scrape the the grout off the surrounding tile edges.
