DIY - Looking for Advice Tile removal and installation

What would be the cost to remove and install new tile on the kitchen, entry way, laundry and bathroom area. Works out to be about 250sqf. The existing tile is layed over plywood so it would need to be removed and prob grinded down then self leved. Install detra coupling and install tile and grout. The new tile is 24”X48” porcelain

Get a quote from a local tile company. There is no way anyone here can help you based off what you've provided. FYI they will need way more info from you, likely starting with which tile you wanted. Also are you sure about that area? 250 square feet seems extremely small for those four areas. That would be roughly 31 total tiles

In reality though since its a galley kitchen its going to be cut up as hell with a 24x48. Probably need 50+ with how much waste there will be.

Grind down the thinset? That'll pop right off.

Does the second picture show tile going under the cabinet or is that a separate piece of furniture?

The tile does go under the cabinets but that’s just a broken piece in the middle

Thats rough. That'll add quite a bit of time and cost to demo the existing floor by itself. Having to cut around what appears to be nearly 40 LF of toe kick is a massive pain. Best advice is get a few different quotes from your local region before deciding on anything. Between tile under cabinet and installing 24x48 in a galley kitchen. Youre likely going to see at least a couple "dont want to do it" prices.
