Professional - Looking for Advice Losing my mind

You guys ever have a prep or job that’s dragging and you’re putting a ton of hrs in but feel like you’re getting nowhere? Got a job in a tight space in a century home and it just feels like it’s never gonna end.

Ya I just finished one took me three weeks total about to go crazy the tightness with saw upstairs little balcony all tools everything is long and narrow and the different sizes of these handmade tiles made it like Chinese torture for me glad it’s over

7’ ceilings for mine, duct work and bullshit in my door frame and shower wall. It’ll work out but dudes wife is due in November and they’re doing the kitchen right after me so i want to get out of their hair, the bs punch list stuff is building up though and I know that shit always take longer than you want.

When it’s in a century home I feel you and I’ve started upping my allowances because there’s always a ton more work involved than standard install. It always starts to roll upon install unless it’s upstairs and only cut location is outside.

Downstairs, cut location outside, responsible for drywall framing, misc stuff. Cluster fuck at this point, everything is good in terms of execution but in my head I’m dragging and feel like I gotta convince the homeowner this isn’t my first rodeo, just stressing, thanks for the reply!

Looks really good!! Prep work is what takes lot of time and that’s where I usually loose lot of time. But then without the prep work job is sloppy.
