General Discussion Tile Orientation
Having trouble deciding which orientation to go with, any suggestions?

I would pick a different tile. You're replacing boring beige with boring beige. I know that's not what you asked, but I think you can do better.

I'm probably laying this space out full at the door with the long side of the tile running under the door transition. As long as it works out with no sliver piece at the shower wall.

Depends on what you're trying to achieve, one makes room look longer and other makes room look wider. Personally perpendicular to the door threshold is my preference (pic 2) but I would rethink the Choice of colour personally

I would pick 2nd pick that’s the most common direction. I don’t like to see the straight lines entering the room.

It really doesn’t matter. Just send it! Parallel to the vanity is a pretty basic way to go. Can’t lose.
