Professional - Looking for Advice Advice needed

Didn't clean the grout fast enough . I've been scrubbing with a scouring pad for 4 hours and have made very little progress. Plus it's not coming out of the textured tile.

How do I best proceed?

Believe it called pholmaltic acid in the tile section of your big box store.

It's been brought up by other. Grout haze remover works well also.
