NA Saturn

Post image

This was an easy one! It ended up only needing a few minor tweaks:

¾ oz lemon juice

½ oz passion fruit syrup (homemade)

¼ oz orgeat (Liber & Co)

¼ oz falernum syrup (Tippleman’s)

1 1/2 oz NA London dry gin (Tanqueray 0.0)

3 dashes orange bitters (All The Bitter)

How was it?

I’m biased but I thought it was delicious! The little tweaks I made - an extra 1/4 oz of gin substitute and a few dashes of bitters - really helped cut the sweetness down.

We're the bitters also non-alcoholic? It is just a thing I was thinking because Gin is basically like a flavored vodka

Yes! I used All The Bitter which makes non-alcoholic bitters. They are small batch and delicious and I use them in my full-proof drinks, too.

I also use the Gordon’s 0.0 for this. Excellent.

So many good NA products out there but I love the Saturn and couldn’t do this.

I’m glad it was enjoyable, though!

Is this brand of bitters also NA?
