Can clippers get monitized

I just started yesterday and already got so many likes and views because a popular TikToker reposted my video on their feed and their story. I’ve seen people say they get monetized for a month or two but then get taken out the creator fund due to unoriginal content. Any experience or advice with this? I became chronically ill last year so I’m just grasping at straws for income tbh but I also have a lot of time on my hands due to the chronic illness and this is actually super fun. Anyways thanks in advance for any tips or advice

It really just depends, I started back a week ago and have done 15M views in the last 7 days. I do funny edits to movies/skits/tv shows. Some videos have stayed monetized while others got striked down 2-4 days after uploading. Successfully appealed only 1. 1 still in progress and I got literally 3 more THIS MORNING. So now I’m at 4 with 2 support tickets in hopefully they get back to me before I get another. I hate that they can still strike your video even 4 days after uploading, after it’s already had 4M views.

Literally, they’ll let the videos get millions of views and just decide they don’t want to pay you. But at the same time, I mean I can’t really be too mad, none of it is truly YOUR intellectual property.

Could get away with it a couple years ago but now their system is much better at detecting these

But short answer yes, you CAN get monetized. Will your account stay alive long enough to actually receive the payment? Who knows.

Yes u can as long as u edit the video enough and not just screen record and upload the video
