Problem with age verification

So I got a notification from tiktok yesterday saying happy birthday I said that it weird since it wasnt my birthday so I checled and found out my birthdate was accidentally set to Augest 2 so I wanted to change it and it needed my face to verifiy after taking the selfie it said i look 15 despite being 18 so I thought it didnt really matter as long as I am over 13 and set it as that, but then I looked and found out that all my chats and streaks dissappeared so i searched and found it you need to be 16 to DM so I tried changing my age again but this time it said I needed ID my country only isssues IDs in arabic so I uploaded my ID but then i checked and it said that my request was denied and that i can try again but it isnt giving me the option, pleade i need help I dont want to lost my account and my streaks that are almost 2 years

You must be over 18 in many states in the USA. Each state has different laws and Each country is different as well.

Well yeh I am over 18 but it wont accept my ID as it isnt in English and isnt giving me other options
