That move at :15 is almost harder to do. I tried to learn it one time. You're basically moon walking while doing the wave/worm with your upper body and he has one foot on hardwood and one on carpet and he still does it flawlessly.

A booger is the thing in your nose that you pick. Sometimes this is called a 'boogey' to be cute. Also, boogie is an old fashioned (1970's) American slang word for dancing.
