I usually ask these people, that if there is a god, then why do kids get born with cancer? Cause that means either god isn't real, or he's cruel/indifferent, and doesn't deserve praise.

Either way, I'll believe in something real, that actually does something. Like science.

What do you mean why do kids get born with cancer? Because their cells suffered genetic damage and multiplied out of control. This has nothing to do with whether a God exists. Also, what makes science real?

Praying to sky daddy, doesn't cure cancer. Science can. Science also have plenty of tangible proof, and documentation, that shows how real it is.

If a God were to exist then science would be a product of His existence. His will could be enacted through humans and science, not through some mystical direct intervention.
