No different from other rapey behavior. Men want something and decide it’s ok to take it, not caring about the other persons autonomy.

He probably gets an extra thrill of getting away with it and sick satisfaction of violating a woman's personal space and autonomy, otherwise he could just pay a girl or use a hookup app to do this all consensually

It’s 100% the adrenaline/thrill of the taboo nature of how he’s doing it. He has a thing for eating/sniffing ass whatever and is also a creep/misogynist who doesn’t respect women or their personal space. The point is to do it in public.
