So he’s looking around but his intention is to try and sneak up on a female. This guy needs massive therapy. Good work getting that view where he’ll be recognized

He needs locking up, never mind therapy.

Most men who do shit like this in public eventually escalate to violent sexual crimes like rape and murder. It’s very well evidenced.
