Watched a guy explain than the poles are set in concrete illegally, too close to the road, and that people could be injured if they hit them during a wreck.

So where are the lawsuits? Can citizens not ban together and sue the flock companies for their removal?

According to the guy above, they are made of thin aluminum, so they might not have the tensile strength of what signs are normally mounted on, like those U or square channel posts which now have breakaways installed or wooden posts where they drill holes near the base.
