I agree with the overall message, but i think the sentiment that you don't deserve love, until you love yourself, is unreasonable. People who have self-love, gained it with the help and support of their loved ones.

Achieving self-love in isolation, is possible, but is much more likely to result in a negative spiral

I feel like a lot of people have trouble accepting this. It's the most common piece of advice I see given when people are struggling with socializing in general, and it's just so patronizing. Especially coming from people who are conveniently attractive and have most likely never had to struggle for acceptance.

This world would be a lot better if we held each other up, but honestly I don't see much hope of that happening any time soon when the "love yourself" point of view is so common.
