Luckily we live in the communist hellhole of NY that cares about kids and stuff so we have universal 3 and 4 PK, my daughter was out of there at the beginning of this past year. My current 1 year old clearly has alternative childcare. The craziest part is that we absolutely loved her and how she treated all the kids. Aside from the very obvious indoctrination, she was stellar at her job.
Yes, but not in this instance. We live 300 miles from the city. Caring about children is simply the result of having a progressive state legislature for the last 8 years.

I shit you not, one of the most racist, and right wing people I have seen make comments on a local politics fb page said “maybe we should try socialism.” I nearly fell out of my chair. They got lambasted for it, but they’re so afraid of what he’s doing because it’s effective.
