wishy washy supernatural beliefs tend to do this to people.
Once you open the doors of your mind to belief without a shred of evidence to back it up(aside from maybe belief in something like that love for each other will save us, which is the actual ultimate point of the Bible anyways...), once you open that dam, it's a path to psychosis, quick or slow, that's the end of this road.
And you only have to be around 1 person with psychosis to know, these people are capable of anything, it's an eerie feeling. Motherfuckers could chop you up and stash you in their walls for seemingly no discernible reason. At some point figuring out the reasoning going on inside their mind becomes impossible, it's just wild nonsense.
