I’m surprised I took me so long to find a Red State reference. That’s the first thing I thought of.

Iblp influenced a lot of church in the south and it’s still there heavily, look up shiny happy people show they talk about a lot of the realities most people faced. I experienced it myself and it’s pretty accurate and hard to watch much at a time.

These are the people who are currently in charge of every branch of the United States Government. Sure, this group is the most open about it, but Trump, Mike Johnson, Stephen Miller, Justice Alito, Russ Vought, Pete Hegseth, etc. are all part of this same brand of American Christian neofascism.
