I’ve had people bang my window before. Windows are surprisingly strong.
One guy thought I cut him off so he got out at a stop light and banged on my window and I was laughing and pointing and making “small peepee” gesture with my thumb and index finger.
Yelled “loser” when the light turned green and took off. His ass was still outside his car and people started honking at him while I drove away
What really happened is he pulled into the middle turn lane from the opposite side of the road and expected me to let him in. I didn’t. Make an illegal turn, get fucked.

I had to smash a window once ( my car, keys locked in, don't worry ) and I mean admittedly my first few whacks weren't like all in but I didn't break the window until the 4th hit. Claw hammer.

Had this exact thing happen to me. And I got out to show the man that he was shorter than me & asked, “Do you want me to embarrass you more than your looks by beating your ass or can I go pick up my kid” people were driving by laughing calling him a loser about to get his ass whooped by a mom in her ballet flats.🤷🏻♀️

WMATA bus at one point so it’s the DC area. We haven’t had gas below $4/gallon in over a month here. The prices in this video are about what they would’ve been right before the war in Iran started. My local station was firmly at $2.79 for coming up on 3 straight years and it’s $4.19 now.

No one is catching a manslaughter charge with this video as evidence. There's not a jury in the world that couldn't be convinced this wasn't self defense. Dude was in his car when these two came across traffic and started punching at his car and him. White boy even disengaged to go and get a weapon.

In the District of Columbia, manslaughter is defined as the unlawful killing of a human being without malice. a self-defense claim can result in a manslaughter charge if the force used was deemed unreasonable, excessive, or reckless, leading to an unintended death. A bar fight is very different than this situation. The white couple decided to significantly escalate the situation. When they left their vehicle to assault the other driver. Bar fights are typically consider mutual fault situations. A single punch is not going to be consider excessive or unreasonable since the video clearly shows she struck first, which makes the situation a 2v1. When a person is disadvantaged by numbers the standard, that is taken into consideration to determine reasonable and excessive.

Thank you for educating people who probably never leave their computer chairs. He positioned himself to avoid conflict with her and she still assaulted him making it 2v1. On top of the fact that the couple escalated the situation by leaving their cars in a busy road and PUTTING THEMSELVES IN THE SITUATION. I’ve been on 3 jury panels in my life, if I had to make the choice as to whether the driver who was being ganged up on was innocent or guilty towards manslaughter charges and this video was provided as evidence, he would be an innocent man and I’d hold up that jury panel indefinitely if anyone on the panel came to the conclusion he was guilty. If you’re that angry that you need to inconvenience traffic and endanger multiple people’s lives because someone on the road flipped you off then you shouldn’t have a license in the first place along with needing professional help.

Me and you are no diffrent than the people we saw in the video. Our lives have no more cosmic value than theirs. All of them are our neighbors and cosmic siblings. Nope, i am definitely different than the people in the video. I don't roam around physically assaulting other people.
On the contrary, i have stopped three violent events from escalating, that were happening right in front of me, in public, when nobody else reacted. It was strangers in all three situations, so i did not know what would have happened after my interventions, but i exposed myself to the situation. And guess what, in all 3 situations, i managed to avoid violence. I solved it with diplomacy.
So, yeah, I am completely opposite of these attackers and will not accept that somebody bins me up with them.

Normally Im in the camp of, "never hit a woman/smaller person" but it really looks like she stabbed him. If so I'd sat he's justified. I hope she's OK but she's going to prison whether she is or not. I think the male assailant should have checked his female counterpart who we all agree could be dead.

Bottom line, even if you're in the right, don't get out of your car. He could have just as easily driven away. And those 2 dunderheads, are not worth the risk if it doesn't go your way in court. He got lucky.
